1.       Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

 (1) Precise positioning information

In order to enable you to view the driving track in real time, view the movement track of the recorder device remotely, play back video or view emergency files, we will collect the location information of your recorder device. This information is sensitive information. If you refuse to provide the location information of the recorder device, you may not be able to view the location of the recorder device and the movement track of the vehicle, but it will not affect your use of other functions of this product. For location information, our servers only provide transmission services and do not store them.

In order to ensure that this software is compatible with your mobile terminal equipment (all mobile terminal equipment mentioned in this agreement refers to mobile phones, tablet computers, etc., also known as "clients") network (WIFI), we will collect your mobile terminal equipment location information. This information is sensitive information, if you refuse to provide the location information of the mobile terminal device, you may not be able to use this product normally.

(2) Other personal information

1. When you use this software, you need to bind the Le Orange driving recorder you purchased first. We will collect your bound product serial number and initial password. This type of information is the unique basic information of the product, and it is the basic information that must be collected to bind the product and further provide you with basic services such as watching videos, storing photos and video files.

2. In order to maintain the normal operation of this product and ensure your normal use of this product, we will collect the network status and access time of your mobile terminal device. This type of information is the basic information that this product must collect for the normal operation of this product and for this product to provide you with real-time services.

3. During your use of the software, the software will require the following permissions for mobile terminal devices, including location information (geographical location), photo albums and storage, and network permissions.

You can check the permission status of this product item by item in your mobile terminal device settings (such as Settings - Privacy - Permission Management), and you can decide whether to enable or disable these permissions at any time. Please note that none of the above permissions will be enabled by default, and will only be used to achieve specific functions or services after your express authorization. You can also withdraw the authorization. It should be pointed out that even if we have obtained these sensitive permissions with your authorization, we will not collect your information when the relevant functions or services are not required. Please note that when you enable these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use this information to achieve the above services. If you cancel these authorizations, we will no longer continue to collect and use your information, nor will we be able to provide you with the above functions correspond to these authorizations. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect the processing of personal information previously based on your authorization.

Our App are not generally targeted at children. If a child's personal data is collected with prior parental consent, we will only use or disclose the data as permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the child's parents or guardians, or when necessary for the protection of the child. Imou strongly recommends that parents take an active role in supervising the online activities of their children. When you or we assist you to delete or anonymize your information from our product system, we may not be able to delete or anonymize the corresponding information from the backup system immediately due to applicable legal and security technical restrictions, we will Store your personal information securely and restrict any further processing of it until backups can be made clear or anonymized.
